I cannot know who looks through my page but I do get a notification when someone adds me to their watch list, like you did, and when anyone does that, I have a habit of visiting their page in return, and clearly your username combined with a phantom mask icon was a rather dead giveaway. There are extremely few people I'd recognize or remember from that long ago, though. O.G. is on here of course but I send him a message perhaps once in a couple of years so I can't claim that I'd have kept contact with anyone. 
I'm not much different from what I ever was. I've definitely not become any nicer or more entertaining. I linger here even if I don't even draw anymore. If you pay attention, you'll notice my latest drawing (which I effectively hate) is almost a year old and that I've hardly drawn anything after year 2010.
